Need to Return or Exchange a Product?

We're happy to work with your needs for our products. If you are considering an eCanoe purchase, we recommend that you call or email us first with your questions. If you need to return a product for an exchange or a refund, please follow our Terms of Sale below:

• All returns require authorization from eCanoe, LLC. Contact Customer Service at #(336) 778-1950 9am-5pm EST weekdays, or via email to info@ecanoe.net to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Write this number prominently on the return package(s).
• Unauthorized returns will be refused and become the responsibility of the buyer.
• All returned products must be new, unused, unmodified and in the original packaging. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the status or packaging of your product.
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• The buyer must pre-pay shipping costs on all returns. UPS Ground shipping is recommended for returns.
• Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Claims for shipping damage must be submitted through the freight carrier (U.S. Postal Service, UPS, etc.) not eCanoe LLC.

• No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
